Meet the Segrust Team

Cliff Cadle, CPFA, AIF

Hi, I’m Cliff Cadle, founder of the Segrust Group. I’m also known as the 401(k) Guy, bringing an extensive background in financial consulting to pro-actively help companies and individuals navigate their way to a customized retirement plan strategy.

“I love helping people. I value the relationships and trust that I build as I work with like-minded people who want the best for their family.”

The 401(k) Guy

For my corporate clients, I have engineered an effective 6-Step Retirement Plan Process to assist plan sponsors and participants in navigating through the complex retirement process. It walks them through each stage of the journey, from initial evaluation and planning to execution. I focus on addressing the fiduciary details to allow employers to prioritize their business needs.

As a 401(k) Plan Specialist, I utilize my knowledge and ability to provide access to a large variety of investment options, perform as your quarterback in any necessary changes in your 401(k) plan, and continuously deliver ongoing participant education regarding their investment strategies.

Throughout my long career in the financial industry, I have consistently kept myself educated on regulatory rules and market changes so that I can provide the most appropriate advice to my clients. Additionally, I’ve aligned himself with fellow professionals in the industry so that I can tailor the most suitable investment portfolios to my clients’ specific needs.

My Specialized Knowledge Includes

  • Providing Support to Optimize Existing Corporate 401(k) Plans
  • Assistance Establishing New 401(k) Plans
  • Educating Employees on Plan Participation
  • Building Income Replacement Plans
  • Hosting Retirement Investment Seminars
  • Process for Time Tested Investment Strategies
  • Consistent Portfolio Review

Relationships First

In the modern environment where so many feel they are treated like a number, I know my personal interaction with both corporate and individual clients sets me apart. This personal connection and individualized care are what allows The Segrust Group to forge strong and lasting partnerships with each and every client served.

My approach to client relationships stems from a long history of being family-oriented and possessing a genuine desire to help those around me reach their goals. I truly care about knowing you and helping you succeed.

When I’m not helping my clients or spending time with my family, I’m a classic car enthusiast currently rebuilding a Mustang. My approach to this project is mirrored in my business: “Building a successful retirement portfolio is much like rebuilding a classic car — you need to start with a solid base, pay attention to each detail, and provide regular maintenance if you want it to run smoothly.”

Beth Gianetto, Administrative Assistant

I joined the Segrust Group in 2024 as the administrative service associate. At the Segrust Group, I enjoy using my experience and people skills to help customers and build relationships.

Whether it’s finding statements, resetting passwords, helping clients access the online portal, or filling out forms, I strive to be the daily “go-to” source so our clients can get the answers or help they need quickly.

I was born and raised in northern Illinois, and I still live in the area with my husband and two children. I enjoy long walks out in nature and reading a good book.
